General Conduct Policies:
- All federal, state, and local laws and curfews apply. If it's illegal outside the convention, it's DEFINITELY illegal inside the convention.
- Follow the instructions of convention staff at all times. Do not bring personal issues to staff, only convention-related issues such as rule violations.
- Badges/wristband/visible sign of registration must be visible at all times. No "Ghosting" will be tolerated.
- No disruptive or aggressive behavior. This includes but is not limited to: harassment, fighting (even play fighting), and stealing.
- Keep walkways clear.
- All events, prices, guest and panels subject to change at any time without notice
Weapons Policy:
- Live-steel is allowed. However, we'll peace-bind (zip-tie) them into the sheath. Absolutely no brandishing of live-steel will be tolerated.
- Prop guns must be obviously fake, prop weapons and must not be able to fire any projectile.
- All weapons must be checked by safety and be peace-bound, recognition that the attendee has been informed about the weapons policies.
- No sparring. Posing for photos is ok, sparring is not.
- Bows cannot have arrows.
Cosplay Policies:
- Keep it PG-13. That means no nudity, either. Costume appropriateness is at the discretion of convention staff.
- If you're concerned about the appropriateness of your costume or a prop, see convention staff for a decision.
- No sharp objects or attachments on your costume.
